Jasmine Dempsey
Family and Community Services DirectorJasmine brings together her experience in early childhood care, ministry, and mental health coaching to support children and families in meaningful ways. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from Urshan University and is a Certified Mental Health Coach and Certified Addiction Coach. Jasmine has also been a Licensed Minister since 2017.
With six years of experience in childcare, Jasmine understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and encouraging environment where children can grow and thrive. She values the relationships built with children and recognizes that supporting a child also means supporting the parents and families who care for them.
In addition to her work in childcare, Jasmine provides mentorship, mental health coaching, and pastoral care counseling to community members, parents and family members of childcare children, and church members. Her approach is compassionate, supportive, and focused on helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges while recognizing their strengths and potential.
Jasmine is passionate about serving her community and creating spaces where children and adults feel valued, supported, and encouraged. She considers it a privilege to partner with families and be part of the village that helps children flourish.

Childcare DirectorAimee Baker
Aimee serves as the Childcare Director, bringing more than 20 years of experience in childcare and a deep passion for creating quality experiences for children and families. She is nationally certified as a Child Development Advocate and is certified through the Early Learning Initiative as a School Leader.
Aimee’s leadership is both hands-on and relational. She continues to work directly with children in the classroom, allowing her to remain connected to their daily experiences and developmental needs. She also provides training and support to staff, helping create a team that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.
As Director, Aimee oversees the day-to-day operations of the childcare program, ensuring that the center runs smoothly while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. She is passionate about supporting teachers, partnering with families, and creating an environment where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
Aimee considers it a privilege to serve children and families and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the children entrusted to her care.
